About Joseph
I am a fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, holding a master’s degree from The University of London. I am a registered member of the BACP and follow their ethical framework and professional standards. My training has also included studies in philosophy, neuroscience, psychology, and modules in clinical psychology at King’s College London, which help inform my approach to understanding how past experiences shape our present.
I work with adults who notice that patterns from their family or early life continue to influence how they live, relate, and make sense of themselves, even if it’s not always clear how. I have experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including those who have grown up in difficult, neglectful, or complex family environments.
I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll look at how different parts of yourself show up in your life, and how past patterns may be influencing your present. I stay present and reflect what I notice, helping you see yourself more clearly and fully. In this kind of authentic dialogue, change unfolds naturally.
I hope that in our work together, you feel seen, heard, and understood. You’ll begin to uncover hidden strengths and release old patterns to find more fulfilment, clarity, and confidence.
I am currently available on Monday mornings.
Cost per 50 min session - £80 for individuals
