Men's Therapy Group
The Couch has teamed up with Men's Minds Matter to offer their first Men's Therapy Group.
The group is run by Dr Luke Sullivan who is clinical director and consultant clinical psychologist at The Couch. He is also the founder and director of Men's Minds Matter CIC.
The group itself is specifically targeted at guys who are struggling with adverse life experiences, such as the loss of a close relationship, a divorce, work struggles, financial problems, stress, anger, loneliness, isolation, and hopelessness.
The group is specifically designed for men and uses different types of therapeutic approaches that target men's strengths and enhance in need of development.
The group will is held at Peckham Ryes iconic Bussey Building, which is right by Peckham Rye station. It's held weekly, on a Wednesday early evening and lasts for 90 minutes.
